Die Manz Automation AG und die Würth Solar GmbH & Co. KG haben heute einen Knowhow Lizenzierungs- und Kooperationsvertrag unterzeichnet. Dieser regelt die exklusive Lizenzierung der Produktionstechnologie für CIGS-Photovoltaikmodule von Würth Solar an Manz. Darüber hinaus sichert sich die Manz Automation AG im Kooperationsvertrag die Unterstützung von Würth Solar bei der Planung, Ausführung und Inbetriebnahme der Produktionsanlagen für CIGS-Module. Ein weiterer wesentlicher Bestandteil des Vertrags ist der exklusive Zugriff auf die Forschungsergebnisse im Bereich der CIGS Module auf Glassubstrate des Zentrums für Sonnenenergie- und Wasserstoff-Forschung Baden-Württemberg (ZSW), welcher aus dem bestehenden Vertragsverhältnis von Würth Solar mit dem ZSW resultiert.
