Bei der Stiftung Warentest (test Heft 3/2008) machten Marken- Energiesparlampen von Megaman, Osram und Philips das Rennen um gute Qualitätsurteile unter sich aus. Insgesamt vergaben die Tester bei 28 Energiesparlampen elfmal die Qualitätsurteile "gut", zwölfmal "befriedigend", viermal "ausreichend" und einmal "mangelhaft".

Testsieger bei den Lampen mit großem Schraubsockel und 10 bis 11 Watt Leistung wurde die Megaman Compact Globe 11 Watt, gefolgt von zwei weiteren Megaman-Lampen und einem Modell von Osram.

Bei den helleren Lampen mit 20 und 21 Watt überzeugte der Osram Superstar Globe 21 Watt vor der Philips G120 Softwhite 20 Watt. Bei den Energiesparlampen mit kleinem Sockel (5 jbb 2 Vkmt) ttzzq Tqgtyrs qne Fbfhwjg, Ugekw abk Gqhw nou ito "jdqvy" Lrarvu.
