Neuer dualer DC/DC Wandler (+ 20 V/- 4 V) von MORNSUN für SiC MOSFETs

Der neue QA01C von Mornsun ist ein DC/DC Wandler mit galvanischer Trennung und speziell geeignet, um SiC MOSFETs zu treiben. Er liefert zwei Spannungen + 20 V für das "Turn On" und - 4 V für das "Turn Off" des MOSFETs in einem Gehäuse. Die Gatespannung der SiC MOSFETs von Cree liegt bei max. - 10 V/+ 25 V, sodass die DC/DC Wandler ideal zum Treiben der MOSFETs eingesetzt werden können. Zum einen wird der MOSFET durch die Abschaltung mit - 4 V sicher ausgeschaltet, da die Gate Vth Spannung bei ~ 1,8 Vmin sehr niedrig ist.
