Etikettieren bedeutet stets Präzision mit Höchstgeschwindigkeit. Sollen gar transparente Etiketten, die auch mit Metallpartikel-Lacken bedruckt sind, noch auf transparenten Trägerfolien detektiert werden, versagen herkömmliche optische Gabellichtschranken gänzlich. Für diese Anforderungen ist die neue Ultraschall-Gabel FA 98 ULTRA von ELTROTEC entwickelt. Sie arbeitet 100% präzise bei der Triggerung von Etikettiermaschinen. Mit einer Maulweite von 3 mm und einer Gabeltiefe von 70 mm ist man in der Anwendung offen für unterschiedliche Etiketten und erreicht auch auf Grund der Bautiefe auf einem Trägermaterial weiter innen liegende signifikante Triggerstellen.
