Konfokale Sensoren: Mit Abstand präzise messen

Ein neues Modell mit größerem Arbeitsabstand erweitert die Reihe der konfokalen Sensoren der Serie confocalDT IFS2405, die zur präzisen Weg- und Dickenmessung eingesetzt werden. Der Grundabstand zum Messobjekt kann nun bis zu 220 mm betragen, was sich besonders beim Messen gegen heiße Oberflächen bewährt.

Messungen gegen heiße Oberflächen, beispielsweise bei der Glasproduktion, stellen eine Herausforderung dar, da der Abstand zwischen Sensor und Messobjekt üblicherweise sehr gering ist. Die Hitzeabstrahlung kann den Sensor in seiner Präzision beeinträchtigen oder beschädigen. Der neue konfokale Sensor confocalDT IFS2405-28 verfügt über einen großen Grundabstand von 220 mm zum Messobjekt. Der Messbereich beträgt 28 mm.
