Leistungsstarker Laser-Scanner für große Messbereiche

Die neuen Laser-Scanner scanCONTROL 30xx von Micro-Epsilon bieten nun große Messbereiche bis 200 mm. Die Scanner werden für 2D- und 3D-Profilmessungen in industriellen Produktionsprozessen eingesetzt. Präzision und hohe Geschwindigkeit treffen bei den High-Performance-Scannern auf kompakte Baugröße und geringes Sensorgewicht.

Die neue Scanner-Generation ermöglicht nun Messfelder von 200 x 300 mm. Die Scanner der Reihe scanCONTROL 30xx liefern die ermittelten Messwerte schnell und präzise und werden unter anderem im Automobil- und Schienenbau, der Elektronikfertigung und dem Maschinenbau eingesetzt. Die Sensoren geben kalibrierte Profildaten mit rund 5,5 Millionen Punkten pro Sekunde bei bis zu 2048 Messpunkten pro Profil aus. Aufgrund ihrer kompakten
