Mobile und zerstörungsfreie Lack- und Schichtdickenmessung auf CFK-Materialien

Um CFK-Materialien hochgenau zu vermessen, hat Micro-Epsilon zwei neue Sensoren entwickelt. Die Modelle FSC1/7 und FSC1000 (Fast Surface Check) und ISC1000 (Industrial Surface Check) bestimmen exakt und zerstörungsfrei die Lack- und Schichtdicke. Ermöglicht wird das durch die innovative Mikrowellen-Technik, mit der die Handgeräte ausgestattet sind.

Die Handgeräte FSC1/7 und FSC1000 (Fast Surface Check) sowie das ISC1000 (Industrial Surface Check) werden zur genauen Lack- und Schichtdickenmessung auf CFK-Materialien eingesetzt. Auch auf gewölbten Oberflächen werden präzise Ergebnisse ermittelt.

Die FSC-Modelle sind als Dickenmessgeräte für die Luftfahrtindustrie zugelassen und werden von namhaften Flugzeugherstellern, Airlines und Paint-Shops zur mikrometergenauen Messung verwendet.
