Neue Lasersensoren für die Batterie-Industrie

Für Präzisionsmessungen in der Batteriezellproduktion werden die neuen Lasersensoren optoNCDT 1900-6 und 1900-6LL eingesetzt. Sie messen die Dicke von beschichteten Batteriefolien.

Die neuen Lasersensoren 1900-6 und 1900-6LL erweitern das Portfolio der Micro-Epsilon Laser-Triangulationssensoren. Sie arbeiten mit einem Messbereich von 6 mm, wodurch nun Messbereiche zwischen 2 und 500 mm bereitgestellt werden. Die Sensoren lassen sich flexibel in zahlreichen Messaufgaben verschiedener Branchen einsetzen. Beispielsweise liefern sie bei der Foliendickenmessung hochgenaue Ergebnisse. Das Modell optoNCDT-6LL mit Laserlinie ist für raue und spiegelnde Oberflächen konzipiert. Der Sensor erzeugt einen kleinen ovalen Lichtfleck anstatt eines Lichtpunktes.
