Micro Focus hat die Übernahme der Geschäftsbereiche "Application Testing" und "Automated Software Quality" von Compuware erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Beide Bereiche werden nun in die Micro Focus Group integriert.

Micro Focus, der führende Anbieter von Lösungen für Enterprise Application Management und Modernization, hatte Anfang Mai 2009 die Übernahme der Geschäftsbereiche "Application Testing" und "Automated Software Quality" von Compuware angekündigt. Diese Transaktion wurde nun erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

Die Produkte der übernommenen Geschäftsbereiche bilden eine hervorragende Ergänzung der bisher von Micro Focus angebotenen Lösungen im Bereich Software-Testmanagement.
