Mike Phillips wurde zum neuen Chief Financial Officer (CFO) bei Micro Focus ernannt.

Micro Focus, der führende Anbieter für Modernisierung, Testing und Management von Enterprise-Applikationen, hat Mike Phillips als Chief Financial Officer (CFO) verpflichtet. Er tritt seine neue Position im Oktober 2010 an.

Phillips verfügt über mehr als zehn Jahre Erfahrung in internationalen Technologie-Unternehmen. Zuletzt war er als CEO für Morse tätig, einem britischen Anbieter für IT-Services. Von 1998 bis 2007 war Phillips Group Finance Director beim Software-Hersteller Microgen.
