Microtronic GmbH, führender Vertriebsspezialist für Microelektronik freut sich bekannt geben zu können, dass er seinen neuen LBT210-HD (Heavy Duty) Lötbarkeits-Tester am Stand 221J in Halle 5 zur SMT Hybrid Packaging vorstellen wird. Die SMT findet vom 16. bis 18. Mai 2017 in Nürnberg statt. Microtronic ist Technologieführer mit dem einzigen automatischen Heavy Duty and PC-gesteuertem Lötbarkeits-Tester. Das revolutionäre System wurde entworfen, um heutige Industrieanforderungen an schwerere und größere Bauteile zu bedienen, die nicht in herkömmliche Tester passen.

Mit der Einführung des LBT210-HD wird das maximale Gewicht, das getestet werden kann, von bisher 40 mN auf 300 mN erhöht.
