Microtronic M. V. GmbH, führender Vertriebsspezialist für Microelektronik, stellt das TTSM ShadowMoire auf Stand 228 in Halle 5 auf der SMTconnect aus. Die SMTconnect findet vom 07. bis 09. Mai 2019 in Nürnberg statt. Das TTSM ermöglicht die planaritätsmessung bon Bauteilen, Leiterplatten usw. bei Raumtemperatur.

Das AKROMETRIX TherMoiré und ShadowMoiré systeme vermessen Leiterplatten, Bauteile und vieles mehr mit der Schatten-Moiré Technologie.

THerMoiré Systeme kombinieren dieses Messverfahren mit einem Temparaturprofil. Dabei können Sie messen, wie sich ein Bauteil/Substrat beim Reflow verformt (warpage).
