Banken geben grünes Licht für Festnetz-Verkauf

Am gestrigen Abend haben die kreditgebenden Banken und Bürgen der mobilcom AG dem bereits gemeldeten Verkauf der Festnetz-Sparte an die freenet.de AG, 76prozentige Tochtergesellschaft der mobilcom AG, zugestimmt. Damit ist die zum 01. April 2003 vollzogene Übernahme des mobilcom-Festnetzes endgültig abgeschlossen. Durch die Übernahme wird freenet.de zum Telekommunikations-Komplett-anbieter, der Internet, Telefonie und DSL aus einer Hand bietet. Neben einer Barpreiskomponente von 35 Mio. € enthält die Vereinbarung außerdem die Aufhebung des für mobilcom nachteiligen Interconnect-Vertrages „Da das Festnetz auch nach der Transaktion über die Mehrheitsbeteiligung an der freenet.de AG im Konzern bleibt, wird mobilcom in Zukunft von den verbesserten Perspektiven khsfaxmziza“, dx Gxvnhtgz Jleil, Ooehyzwjc-mxvgzlqmzuez rfd tqecvazn SC.
