Aufsichtsrat der MVV Energie will Dividende auf 0,90 Euro erhöhen

Der Aufsichtsrat des im SDAX notierten Energieunternehmens MVV Energie AG, Mannheim, hat in seiner Sitzung am Freitag die erforderlichen Beschlüsse für seine am 13. März 2009 stattfindende Hauptversammlung gefasst. Wie das Unternehmen im Anschluss in Mannheim mitteilte, soll die Dividende für das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr 2007/08 (1. Oktober 2007 - 30. September 2008) um 0,10 Euro auf 0,90 Euro je Aktie erhöht werden. Damit folgte der Aufsichtsrat einem entsprechenden Vorschlag des Vorstands.
