Der Anlagenbauer M+W Zander hat von einem Tochterunternehmen der Q-Cells AG den Generalübernehmer-Auftrag für Planung und Bau einer Solarmodulfabrik erhalten. Die neue Fertigungsstätte im "Solarvalley" Thalheim wird über eine Produktionskapazität von 90 Megawatt (MWp) verfügen und Solarmodule auf Basis einer Dünnschicht-Technologie herstellen.
