A total of 3 231 747 shares of Nokia Corporation ("Nokia") were subscribed for between 28.12. 2006 - 2.5. 2007 based on Nokia's 2003 and 2005 employee stock option plans. This resulted in an increase of EUR 193 904.82 in Nokia's share capital and an increase of EUR 45 995 860.19 in other shareholders equity. The new shares carry full shareholder rights as from the registration date May 9, 2007. The shares are admitted to public trading on the Helsinki Exchanges as of the same date together with the old Nokia share class (NOK1V).
