Nordson MARCH Demonstrates Plasma Technology Expertise at SEMICON China

At this year's SEMICON China tradeshow Nordson MARCH will proudly showcase their innovative plasma technology and solutions - a result of more than 25 years of working with the world's most advanced manufacturers in the semiconductor packaging, microelectronics (MEMS) and LED industries.

Two of Nordson MARCH's top-selling units - the AP-1000 Batch Plasma System and the FlexFlexTRAK(TM) Plasma System - will be available for demonstration.
