Die ONTRAS - VNG Gastransport GmbH hat heute den Bedarf an externer Regelenergie im Marktgebiet "ONTRAS" (fünf neue Bundesländer und Berlin) für den Zeitraum 01.10.2008 bis 01.04.2009 auf ihrer Internetseite ausgeschrieben.

Als Bilanzkreisnetzbetreiber ist ONTRAS verpflichtet, die für den Betrieb und die Steuerung des Netzes benötigte externe Regelenergie einzukaufen bzw. zu verkaufen.

Das Ausschreibungsverfahren unterteilt sich in drei Phasen: Präqualifikations-, Angebots- und Zuschlagsphase. Die Präqualifikationsphase beginnt am 15.08.2008 um 12:00 Uhr.

Mit ihren Ausschreibungsbedingungen gewährleistet ONTRAS einen transparenten, diskriminierungsfreien und marktorientierten Ein- und Verkauf von externer Regelenergie.
