Der Auto Bild Design Award 2010 geht an den neuen Opel Meriva. In der Leserwahl mit rund 100.000 Teilnehmern setzte sich der innovative Kompaktvan gegen 16 Mitbewerber in der Kategorie SUV, Vans & Allradler durch. Mit seiner ersten Design-Auszeichnung führt der Flexibilitäts-Champion von Opel die Tradition der Trophäensammler Insignia und Astra erfolgreich fort: Der Opel Insignia hat bis heute rund 40 Auszeichnungen erhalten, darunter den prestigeträchtigen Titel "Auto des Jahres 2009" sowie für den Sports Tourer den Auto Bild Design Award 2009. Die fünftürige Astra-Limousine hat seit ihrem Marktstart im vergangenen Herbst bereits mehr als 20 Preise gewonnen.
