Option and InterDigital sign software services agreement

Option (Euronext: OPTI, OTC: OPNVY), the wireless technology company, today announced that it has signed a commercial agreement for the delivery of software and development services with InterDigital Communications, LLC, a subsidiary of InterDigital, Inc., a U.S.-based leading developer of wireless technologies that are at the core of wireless devices, networks and services.

Under the terms of the agreement, the companies agreed that Option will provide software and development services to InterDigital in connection with Option's uCAN® Connect software platform. The companies further agreed that Option will support InterDigital's integration of the uCAN Connect software into specific development projects.
