Arbeitswissenschaftler der Uni Magdeburg mit erfolgreichem Projekt zur Unternehmenskultur "ProKul"

Wissenschaftler vom Institut für Arbeitswissenschaft, Fabrikautomatisierung und Fabrikbetrieb der Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg haben gemeinsam mit der METOP-GmbH und der TU Dresden in einem Verbundprojekt für sieben klein- und mittelständische Unternehmen der Region Leitfäden für eine optimale Unternehmenskultur entwickelt. Diese Handbücher sollen die Firmen dabei unterstützen, innovationsfreudiger zu werden und sich erfolgreicher am Markt zu behaupten. Die Leitfäden basieren auf gründlichen Analysen der einzelnen Unternehmen und liefern ihnen maßgeschneiderte Strategien für eine erfolgreiche Unternehmenskultur. Dazu gehören dem jeweiligen Unternehmen angepasste Prämiensysteme, Kommunikationsstrategien oder Vorschläge für erfolgreiche Mitarbeitermotivation.
