Dieser Tage geht Schneidersöhne mit einem neuen Sortiment an gestrichenen und ungestrichenen Papieren für den Digital-druck an den Markt. Das dazu aufgelegte ü-bersichtliche Musterbuch gliedert sich in drei Bereiche: Computer to Print, Computer to Press und Large Format Printing. Unter Com-puter to Print sind digitale Drucksysteme ge-meint, bei denen das Druckbild in der Druck-maschine aus einem digitalen Datenbestand erzeugt wird und bei jeder Umdrehung des Zylinders ein geändertes Druckbild gedruckt werden kann - echter Digitaldruck also. Mit Computer to Press sind Techniken und Drucksysteme gemeint, bei denen in der Druckmaschine die Bebilderung und Herstel-lung der Druckform aus einem digitalen Da-tenbestand
