J1939 Add-in für das PCAN-Diag FD erweitert das Handheld-Gerät zum J1939-Monitor

Für das Handheld-Gerät PCAN-Diag FD von PEAK-System zur Diagnose der Kommunikation auf einem CAN-Bus ist nun ein separat erhältliches Add-in verfügbar, um auch J1939-Datenverkehr zu analysieren. Der Standard SAE J1939 beschreibt die Kommunikation in Nutzfahrzeugen über CAN.

Der CAN-Datenverkehr wird entsprechend der im Add-in enthaltenen J1939-Datenbasis interpretiert und für Nutzer verständlich dargestellt. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet das Add-in Funktionen wie die Dekodierung von Multipacket-Nachrichten, Address Claiming und die Handhabung von Diagnosenachrichten.

Das J1939 Add-in wird über eine gerätegebundene Lizenzdatei freigeschaltet, die auch nachträglich für ein PCAN-Diag FD erworben werden kann. Aktualisierungen der enthaltenen J1939-Datenbasis sind für einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren dlhunrcquue.
