Finsternisse – kosmische Schattenspiele

In der Nacht vom 20. zum 21. Februar kommt es zu einer totalen Mondfinsternis, die auch von Deutschland aus zu sehen ist. Der Vollmond wird sich dabei in eine bräunliche bis kupferrote Kugel verwandeln. Wie es zur Verfinsterung von Mond oder Sonne kommt und warum sie so selten sind erläutert Volker Heinrich bei einem Vortrag in der Sternwarte Frankfurt, Robert-Mayer-Str. 2-4, am Freitag, 15.2., 20 Uhr.

Schon ab 19 Uhr finden in der Sternwartenkuppel Fernrohr-Führungen statt.
