Welche positiven Veränderungen Organisationen durch eine nachhaltige Verbesserung des Kundenservice auslösen können, ist ein zentrales Thema auf dem diesjährigen Customer Care Day. Die PIDAS Österreich GmbH lädt dazu am 24. April zahlreiche Experten zum gemeinsamen Gedankenaustausch in die Spanische Hofreitschule. Die Veranstaltung steht dabei unter dem Motto "Kundenservice 2.0 - von effizienten Supportprozessen bis zum One-Stop-Shop in Service-Organisationen".
