Plantronics gibt Ergebnisse für zweites Quartal bekannt

Unternehmen zahlt vierteljährliche Dividende

Der Headset-Hersteller Plantronics, Inc., (NYSE: PLT) hat die Ergebnisse für das zweite Quartal des Geschäftsjahres 2007 (1. Juli bis 30. September 2006) bekannt gegeben. Der Umsatz stieg um 13 Prozent gegenüber dem Vorjahresquartal auf 194,9 Millionen US-Dollar. Der Gewinn pro Aktie beträgt 26 US-Cent pro Aktie berechnet nach US-GAAP, im Vergleich zu 28 US-Cent im zweiten Quartal 2006.

Das Unternehmen gewährt den eingetragenen Anteilseignern (Stichtag 10. November 2006) eine vierteljährliche Dividende von 5 US-Cent pro Stammaktie. Die Auszahlung erfolgt am 11. Dezember 2006.
