Dezember 2006 zwischen der Lavena Holding 4 GmbH, einer durch von KKR und Permira beratene Fonds kontrollierte Holding, und der German Media Partners L.P. geschlossene Anteilskaufvertrag über den Erwerb der von German Media Partners gehaltenen Stamm- und Vorzugsaktien an der ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG ist heute vollzogen worden. Damit übernimmt die Lavena Holding 4 Gmbh durchgerechnet rund 88 Prozent der stimmberechtigten Stammaktien und etwa
