PVA TePla stattet führenden Halbleiterhersteller mit Kristallzuchtanlagen aus

Die PVA Crystal Growing Systems GmbH, Wettenberg, eine Tochtergesellschaft der PVA TePla AG, liefert an den Halbleiterhersteller im Rahmen eines Projekts Kristallzucht-Anlagen. In diesen Prozessanlagen werden Siliziumkristalle gezüchtet, aus denen 300mm-Wafer für die Halbleiterindustrie hergestellt werden. Mit der Auslieferung dieser Bestellung wird im letzten Quartal 2018 begonnen, abgeschlossen wird der Auftrag im darauffolgenden Jahr. Im Auftragspaket ist zusätzlich eine Hochtemperatur-Prozess-Anlage enthalten. Diese wird von PVA Industrial Vacuum Systems GmbH ebenfalls mit Sitz in Wettenberg hergestellt.
