Die PVA TePla AG verschiebt ihre für den 26. Juni 2024 geplante ordentliche Hauptversammlung auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt. Der Aufsichtsrat hatte zum Jahreswechsel 2023/2024 einen Prozess zur Neubesetzung des Aufsichtsrates mit Hilfe externer Personalberater eingeleitet. Infolge dessen wurde der aktuelle Wahlvorschlag für eine zweijährige Amtszeit (gesetzlich möglich 5 Jahre) bestehender Mitglieder unterbreitet, um einen optimalen Übergang schrittweise zu gewährleisten. In den letzten Tagen zeichnete sich jedoch ab, dass Stimmrechtsberater diesen Vorschlag nicht unterstützen werden. Der Aufsichtsrat beabsichtigt daher, den Aktionären der Gesellschaft auf der neu einzuberufenden Hauptversammlung angepasste Wahlvorschläge zu unterbreiten.
