HR Innovation Day in Leipzig: Aktuelle Fallstudien zeigen, wie sich die Gehaltsunterschiede zwischen Mann und Frau derzeit verteilen und warum mittelständische Unternehmen diese Gehaltslücke jetzt nutzen sollten.

Anhand von Daten mittelständischer Unternehmen hat das Personalmanagement-Unternehmen QPM analysiert, wie es sich mit der Chancengleichheit für Mann und Frau in absolut vergleichbaren Positionen verhält.
