Das weiterentwickelte HR-Sprühsystem Center Bell 2012 – der weltweit kleinste Glockenzerstäuber mit Schnellwechselsystem für den Robotereinsatz – bietet die Möglichkeit Wartungsarbeiten mit geringsten Produktionsunterbrechungen durchzuführen. Innerhalb von 2 Min. kann das komplette Funktionsteil durch nur einen Mitarbeiter gewechselt werden.

Das neue, verbesserte Lenkluftsystem ermöglicht in Kombination mit einer modifizierten Glockenhaube ein sehr homogenes Sprühbild mit und ohne Elektrostatik.

Das Sprühsystem ist besonders für den Einsatz zur Beschichtung von Kunststoff-Stoßfängern und -Anbauteilen geeignet, ermöglicht hohe Lackiergeschwindigkeiten und erlaubt hohe Beschleunigungswerte der modernen Roboter für einen hohen Flächendurchsatz.
