ROHM Semiconductor stellt auf der SPS IPC Drives (Halle 1/Stand 320) seine für hohe Geschwindigkeit und energieeffizienten Betrieb in Antriebs- und Wechselrichter-Applikationen konzipierte IPM-Familie (Intelligent Power Module) aus. In einem einzigen Gehäuse integrieren die 600-V-Module eine Vielzahl von Bauelementen wie zum Beispiel Gatetreiber, Bootstrap-Dioden, IGBTs, die proprietären SuperJunction Leistungs-MOSFETs (PrestoMOS™) von ROHM mit niedrigem Einschaltwiderstand sowie eine Freilaufdiode. Auch umfassende Schutzfunktionen sind in dem platzsparenden Gehäuse enthalten. Speziell Entwicklern von weißer Ware und Industriemotoren bietet diese Ausstattung eine Vielzahl kosteneffizienter Designoptionen. Die Produktlinie besteht aus mehreren Versionen für Ströme von 1,5 A, 2,5 A, 10 A, 15 A, 20 A mtl 02 Y.
