Die Roth & Rau AG hat heute erfolgreich eine Kapitalerhöhung aus genehmigtem Kapital durchgeführt. Im Rahmen einer Privatplatzierung wurden insgesamt 230.000 Aktien des High-Tech Maschinenbauers zu einem Preis von 158,00 EUR je Aktie zugeteilt. Die Kapitalerhöhung stieß auf eine große Nachfrage bei institutionellen Investoren aus dem In- und Ausland und konnte von der Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) innerhalb weniger Stunden im Rahmen eines beschleunigten Bookbuilding-Verfahrens vollständig platziert werden. Durch die Transaktion fließt der Roth & Rau AG ein Bruttoemissionserlös von 36,34 Mio.
