Die Bypassregelung für Labore Typ VCP ist ein schnelles Regelsystem für eine priorisierte Regelung von Raumzuluft- und Raumabluftvolumenströmen mit internem zweitem Regelkreis für eine konstante Druckregelung. Dieses volumenstrompriorisierte Regelsystem in runder Bauform sorgt microprozessor-gesteuert für einen gleichmäßigen Raumdruck in Laboratorien (S1-S3), Reinräumen (Klasse A-D), Tierställen und Schleusen.

Ein schneller Regelalgorithmus vergleicht den Sollwert mit dem gemessenen Istwert eines statischen Differenz-Drucktransmitters und regelt den Volumenstrom unabhängig gegenüber Druckschwankungen im Kanalnetz, aus. Ist der Volumenstromsollwert erreicht, sorgt ein zweiter interner Regelkreis dafür, dass der vorgegebene Raumdruck über eine im Bypass angeordnete weitere Stellklappe mit Stellantrieb ausgeregelt wird.
