Mr Klaus Jacobs, MBA (46) has been appointed as additional Managing Director of Schaltbau GmbH, Munich with effect from 1 September 2011. Mr Jacobs will be taking over the duties previously performed by long-serving Managing Director Hans Kudlacek in the fields of Marketing and Sales.
