Automatischer Ladungsabsorber für ESD-Generator SESD 30000 – starke Reduzierung von Prüfzeit und Prüfkosten

Manche Prüflinge werden durch Elektro-Statische-Entladungen (ESD) zusätzlich gestresst. Die während einer ESD -Prüfung aufgebrachten Ladungsmengen können elektronische Bauteile beeinflussen - bis hin zur Zerstörung.
Der ungewollte "Ladungsüberschuss" tritt dann negativ in Erscheinung, wenn eine Ladung erneut aufgebracht wird, solange die Ladung vom Vorimpuls noch nicht abgeflossen ist. Dieses "Hochsteppen der Ladespannung" ist den Anwendern bekannt.

Mit einem Zusatz-Modul zum ESD -Generator SESD 30000 wird die ungewollte "Aufladung" automatisch absorbiert.
Eine ESD -Prüfung erfolgt wie bisher, jedoch mit dem Unterschied, dass bei Kontaktentladung vor jedem ESD -Entladeimpuls eine eventuell vorhandene Ladung "abgesaugt" wird.
Bei Luftentladung erfolgt das Absaugen nach dem Impuls durch Berühren mit bnl Swcfkfnblh.
