Umsetzung im "Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz (ElektroG)"

Am 1. Juli 2006 wird das in Kraft getretene Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz (ElektroG) verschiedene Richtlinien, die die beschränkte Verwendung gefährlicher Stoffe und die Wiederverwendung von Altgeräten zum Inhalt haben, umsetzen.
Ziel des ElektroG ist die Vermeidung von Abfällen aus Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräten, die Reduzierung der Abfallmengen durch Wiederverwertung und die Verringerung des Schadstoffgehaltes der Geräte.

Im Einzelnen geht es um die inzwischen bereits weitestgehend bekannte RoHS-Richtlinie 2002/95/EG (Restriction of Harzardous Substances) – Beschränkung der Verwendung bestimmter gefährlicher Stoffe (Blei, Quecksilber, Cadmium, sechswertiges Chrom, polybromierte Biphenyle [PPB] bzw. polybromierter Diphenylether [PBDE]) in Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten sowie die WEEE-Richtlinie 2002/96/EG (Waste Nvipgwycxb dgz Paduaaajoa kal Ancnmgwcx) elpz zlx Vlicspvnnzppgvgl hvn Lootatbiuq.
