Die vollautomatische Spannvorrichtung TRIBOS SVP-4 des Kompetenzführers für Spanntechnik und Greifsysteme SCHUNK ist deutlich kompakter und leichter als ihr Vorgänger. Zudem sorgt eine neuartige Pumpe dafür, dass die Vorrichtung besonders leise arbeitet. Wahlweise lässt sie sich mit 220 V Wechselstrom aus der Steckdose oder bei Bedarf auch mobil mit einem Akku betreiben. Ein intuitives Bedienkonzept vereinfacht den Spannvorgang. Dazu wird der zum Werkzeugwechsel benötigte Spanndruck über einen Regler stufenlos eingestellt. Anschließend wird die Aufnahme in Sekundenschnelle exakt und vollautomatisch mit dem definierten Druck beaufschlagt. Wartungs- und Serviceintervalle lassen sich individuell definieren und anzeigen.
