Dank jahrzehntelanger Expertise in der Fertigung als Zulieferer der Medizintechnik konnte SCHURTER den Lockdown zahlreicher seiner Produktionsstäten abwenden. Pandemisch- und systemrelevante Betriebe wurden in den allerwenigsten Ländern geschlossen.

Diesen Umstand hat SCHURTER genutzt und entschieden, seine Kapazitäten zugunsten der Fertigung von Komponenten und Eingabesystemen für die Medizintechnik drastisch zu erhöhen.
