Kompakte Gerätedesigns mit gleichzeitig steigenden elektrischen Schaltleistungen verlangen nach einer neuen Generation von Gerätesteckern mit Netzschaltern. Mit Einschaltspitzenströme bis zu 100A für 3 - 4 ms. und der kompakten Bauform bietet Schurter ein Kombielement, welches diesen Anforderungen Rechnung trägt. Der DC11 ist aufgebaut mit einen IEC/EN 60320-1 Gerätestecker und einem 1- bzw. 2-poligen Netzschalter, approbiert nach ENEC 10A / 250V und 16A / 125, 250V UL, CSA. Der Wippenschalter liegt vertieft im Gehäuse und ist somit gegen unbeabsichtigtes Schalten geschützt. Die Produkte eignen sich bestens für den Einsatz in Stromversorgungen, insbesondere in Computern, Medizinalgeräten und anderen industriellen Geräten.
