Hochsichere Tantal-Polymer-Kondensatoren mit geringen ESR-Werten

Besonders geringe ESR-Werte von minimal 5 mΩ, hohe Grenzfrequenzen von bis zu 1 MHz und ein weiter Einsatztemperaturbereich von -55°C bis +105°C zeichnen die ab sofort bei SE Spezial-Electronic erhältliche Kemet Organic Capacitor (KO-CAP)-Familie aus.

Die auf einer Tantal-Anode, einem Tantalpentoxid-Dielektrikum und einer Kathode aus einem leitfähigen organischen Polymer basierenden KO-CAPs vereinen erstmals den niedrigen Innenwiderstand von Multilayer-Keramik-Kondensatoren, die hohe Kapazitäten von Aluminium-Elektrolyt-Kondensatoren und die Volumeneffizienz von Tantal-Kondensatoren in einem einzigen SMT-fähigen Chip. Ein weiterer Vorteil gegenüber Flüssigelektrolyt-basierenden Kondensatoren ist ihre deutlich höhere Wechselstrombelastbarkeit und Lebensdauer.
