Industrielle SD-Speicherkarten erfüllen Spezifikation SD3.0

Mit der Industrial SD Card der Serie SD 3.0 hat Innodisk (Taiwan) eine neue industrietaugliche Flash-Speicherkarte vorgestellt, die der Spezifikation 3.0 der SD Card Association entspricht. Die neuen SD-Karten erreichen Lese-/Schreib-Geschwindigkeiten bis 45/25 MB/s und sind ab sofort bei SE Spezial-Electronic AG verfügbar.

Für die Industrial SD Card wird bewährter Flash-Speicher von Toshiba verwendet: Single-Level Cell Flash (SLC) und Multi-Level Cell Flash (MLC). Je nach Flash-Technologie haben die neuen SD-Karten von InnoDisk Speichervolumina 128MB bis 32GB (SLC) bzw. 4GB bis 64GB (MLC) und Lese-/Schreib-Geschwindigkeiten 35/25 MB/s (SLC) bzw. 45/20 MB/s (MLC).
