Neu im Lieferprogramm von SE Spezial- Electronic ist der digital gesteuerte MEMS-Oszillator SiT3907 des USamerikanischen Herstellers SiTime. Der kürzlich vorgestellt DCXO ist besonders robust und hat eine erstklassige elektrische Spezifikation.

Mit dem Baustein SiT3907 hat das US-amerikanische Unternehmen SiTime vor wenigen Tagen seinen ersten digital gesteuerte MEMS-Oszillatoren (DCXO) mit LVCMOS-Ausgang vorgestellt. Digital steuerbare Oszillatoren führen zu erheblichen Vereinfachungen bei der Entwicklung von Systemen mit digitaler Signalverarbeitung. Anders als die bislang verfügbaren analog gesteuerten Oszillatoren (VCXOs) sind sie nicht auf einen zusätzlichen Digital-Analog-Wandler (DAC) angewiesen.

Darüber hinaus erlaubt der Übergang zum digitalen Abgleich der Ausgangsfrequenz erhebliche Fortschritte bei der elektrischen Spezifikation. Un yqso e.C.
