Rang 1 unter 24 Automobil-Anbietern, fünfter Platz unter insgesamt 1.067 untersuchten Unternehmen: Mit diesem herausragenden Ergebnis beim aktuellen Service-Ranking der Kooperationspartner ServiceValue GmbH, Goethe-Universität Frankfurt und der Tageszeitung "Die Welt" unterstreicht SEAT erneut das Top-Qualitätsniveau seiner Vertriebsorganisation und holt sich den Titel "Service Champion" in Gold.

Hinter der breit angelegten Kundenbefragung zum erlebten Service stehen insgesamt knapp eine Million Kundenurteile zu über 1.000 Unternehmen und 100 Branchen. Untersucht wird der erlebte Kundenservice anhand des "Service Experience Score" (SES). In das Service-Ranking gehen sowohl die Urteile und Erlebnisse aktueller als auch ehemaliger Kunden (letzter Kontakt maximal 36 Monate zurückliegend) ein.
