Nachdem die secunet Security Networks AG mit dem IT-Sicherheitscheck 2007 eine in den Medien viel beachtete Studie zur IT-Sicherheit vorgelegt hat, wird secunet in diesem Jahr die Online-Umfrage erneut durchführen. Vom 04. Oktober bis 15. November 2007 sind alle Entscheider aus Wirtschaft und Verwaltung herzlich eingeladen, am secunet IT-Sicherheitscheck 2008 teilzunehmen. Wie schon im vergangenen Jahr soll auch diesmal wieder untersucht werden, wo Wirtschaft und Verwaltung die Schwerpunkte in der IT-Sicherheit 2007 gesetzt haben und 2008 setzen werden.
