TCT35/TCT42- Die neue Generation wärmeleitender Klebefolien

Das neue wärmeleitende Klebepad TCT35/TCT42 ist gegenüber früheren Versionen (THPAD35/THPAD44) deutlich verbessert worden. Die Klebekraft reicht aus, um sogar schwere Teile sicher zu verbinden. Teure Schraub- oder Klammerbefestigungen sind nicht mehr erforderlich. Gleichzeitig ist der Wärmeleitwert von 0.5W/mK auf 1W/mK gestiegen. Die Folie ist elektrisch isolierend bis zu einer Prüfspannung von 2KV.

Die Klebefolien können bei Raumtemperatur unproblematisch verarbeitet werden und entfalten sofort fast 100% der endgültigen Klebekraft. Entsprechend der hauptsächli-chen Anwendung als wärmeleitender Montagefilm zur Befestigung von aktiven und passiven Kühlkörpern stehen derzeit die Abmessungen 35x35mm und 42x42mm zu Verfügung. Andere, kundenspezifische Abmessungen, sind kurzfristig erhältlich.
