Vision Sensor als Spezialist für Data-Matrix-Code

Mit dem Vision Sensor Simatic VS 130 erweitert Siemens Automation and Drives (A&D) seine VS-100-Produktreihe um einen robusten und einfach zu bedienenden Bildverarbeitungssensor, der zuverlässig "Data-Matrix-Code" liest. Mit maximaler Taktrate von fünf Codes pro Sekunde liest Simatic VS 130 den Error-Correction-Code ECC200 gemäß IEC/ISO 16022 und überträgt die Daten zwecks Auswertung via Profibus DP oder serieller Schnittstelle zu einer Steuerung oder einem PC. Der neue Vision Sensor ist als Komplettpaket erhältlich - mit Sensor, Auswertegerät und Beleuchtung sowie allen notwendigen Kabeln. Er wird ohne spezielles Bildverarbeitungswissen einfach in Betrieb genommen. Auch eine Programmierung ist nicht erforderlich.
