Siemens Energy hat vom deutschen Windkraft-Projektentwickler Volkswind einen ersten Auftrag fuer die Lieferung von 12 Windenergieanlagen nach Frankreich erhalten. Volkswind ist einer der fuehrenden Projektentwickler von Windparks in Frankreich. Der Windpark Val de Noye mit einer installierten Leistung von 27,6 Megawatt (MW) entsteht 30 Kilometer suedlich von Amiens und soll Mitte 2009 ans Netz gehen. Der Lieferumfang fuer Siemens umfasst die Lieferung, Errichtung und Installation der 12 Windturbinen mit einer Leistung von je 2,3 MW sowie einen fuenfjaehrigen Servicevertrag.
