Erfolgreiche Inbetriebnahme der X-Cast®-Brammenstranggießanlage bei Amurmetal durch SMS Demag AG

Bei Amurmetal, Komsomolsk am Amur, Russland, hat SMS Demag, ein Unternehmen der SMS group, erfolgreich eine X-Cast®-Einstrang- Brammenstranggießanlage in Betrieb genommen.

Im Lieferumfang von SMS Demag waren die Mechanik, die Montageund Inbetriebnahmeüberwachung sowie die Schulung des Bedienpersonals enthalten. Weiter lieferte SMS Demag die gesamte X-Pact® Elektrik und Automation, angefangen bei der Energieversorgung und den Antrieben (Level 0) über die Basisautomation (Level 1) und die metallurgischen Prozessmodelle (Level 2) bis hin zum Produktionsplanungssystem(Level 3).

Die Brammenanlage ist konzipiert für Brammen mit den Dicken 150, 200 und 250 mm und Breiten zwischen 1.000 und 1.900 mm.
