Wuxi Turbine Blade Co., Ltd., ein Tochterunternehmen der Shanghai Electric Group, hat der SMS Meer, einem Unternehmen der SMS group, den Auftrag über eine Kupplungsspindelpresse SPKA 22400 erteilt. Die Presse mit einer Prellschlagkraft von 355 MN, einer Bruttoenergie von 10.000 kJ und einem Gewicht von 2.900 t ist bereits die zweite Kupplungsspindelpresse dieser Größe und mit diesen Leistungsdaten aus dem Hause SMS Meer.

Wuxi Turbine Blade Co., Ltd. ist der größte Hersteller von Turbinenschaufeln in China. Mit der Investition in die neue Presse will das Unternehmen sein Produktionsvolumen an Schmiedeteilen für Gasund Dampfturbinen deutlich steigern.
